Overview
Iyuzeld Ghræ̈p-rál was founded durring the early 13th century in winter of the year 1226, by Vungrisz vyim Glə˞filf. The establishment of Iyuzeld Ghræ̈p-rál was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Vungrisz vyim Glə˞filf struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Iyuzeld Ghræ̈p-rál as a prison colony.
Iyuzeld Ghræ̈p-rál was built using the conventions of Gnollish durring the early 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Iyuzeld Ghræ̈p-rál is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Iyuzeld Ghræ̈p-rál is buildings are arranged arround a network of restrictive flagstone streets which form a grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town is the proud owner of a thick set of fortified walls fashioned from querried stone blocks. While not up to snuff for a fort or castle wall, the town's walls are naturaly much larger than those of forts or castles. Therefore, the construction such a wall is most expencive. Iyuzeld Ghræ̈p-rál's buget focused wall would serve its community well in battle in spite of looking unimpressive compared to castles and fortresses. The town's top tier civilian fortifications are visibly old, but also obviously well maintained. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with routine mantance of the town's defences.
Looking around Iyuzeld Ghræ̈p-rál you immediately realise that the locals are looking back at you. All of them. Everywhere you look somone is staring back at you analytically, looking over every inch of you, your gear, and your companions. Iyuzeld Ghræ̈p-rál has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Iyuzeld Ghræ̈p-rál's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Iyuzeld Ghræ̈p-rál possesses an older civil lighting system consisting of street lamps. These lights provide nighttime illumination to most city streets.

Cultural Notes
Iyuzeld Ghræ̈p-rál's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is which made use of the classical orders and mathematically precise ratios of height and width combined with a desire for symmetry, proportion, and harmony. It used columns, pediments, arches and domes are imaginatively in buildings of all types. Decorative features were seen as largely unnecessary as the sheer beauty of the structure itself was often close to art. However, many buildings with large ceiling spaces had their ceilings decorated with elaborate paintings, simply because the large flat spaces could feel wasted.
Due to the actions of local Kami, summer is long in Iyuzeld Ghræ̈p-rál.
The Mud Elemental, Small near Iyuzeld Ghræ̈p-rál are known to be almost tame, such that they can be put to domestic use.
Iyuzeld Ghræ̈p-rál's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in autumn and involves destroying a prepared ritual vessel to channel Necromancy energies of tier 1 via oratory performances.
